st. James in Arlington Heights and  private stables wedding in the summer

Tim & Colleen found me through The Knot just 3 months before their wedding day. They were clear on the phone that the people they were inviting were the most important thing about their wedding day. They wanted to have fun, have a laid-back day, and have lots of photos with and of their guests.

We met on a windy day at Montrose Harbor for their engagement session. With a few simple prompts, they were comfortable in front of the camera right away. 

Their wedding day was outdoors after the ceremony at St. James in Arlington Heights, and we had incredible weather. With bright sunlight out at the family stables, we found a grove with beautiful shade and took some stunning portraits.

From there, I took hundreds of photos of their guests enjoying the evening, and Colleen and Tim leading the way. Enjoy this beautiful wedding day!
